Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the IPTEGY website, platform, and services. By creating an account, placing an order, or using a service, you confirm that you have read and accepted them.
1. Account and information
- You must provide accurate, current information and keep login and verification credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must promptly report suspected unauthorized use.
- We may request identity or contact verification before sensitive or high-risk operations.
2. Orders and provisioning
- An order becomes binding after payment confirmation, acceptance, and the start of provisioning.
- Domain, resource availability, and provider pricing may change until registration or provisioning is completed.
- We may reject or suspend an order that may violate law, acceptable-use rules, or fraud-prevention requirements.
3. Billing and renewal
- The system normally creates a renewal invoice 14 days before renewal. It is due on the renewal date shown on the invoice.
- Scheduled reminders may be sent, including 7 and 3 days before the due date, subject to service and notification settings.
- Taxes, registrar fees, and exchange rates may change; the final price is shown before order confirmation.
- Automatic renewal, when enabled, depends on a valid payment method and provider availability.
4. Overdue services and suspension
- An unpaid service may be suspended after the account grace period. The current default is up to 7 days after the due date unless the invoice or service states otherwise.
- Suspension does not waive outstanding charges. Restoration may require payment of the balance and applicable recovery or provider fees.
- A service or its data may be terminated after further reasonable notice and a period appropriate to the service and provider. No fixed automatic 30-day cancellation is promised unless expressly stated in the order.
5. Acceptable use
Services may not be used for unlawful activity, spam, fraud, phishing, malware, intellectual-property infringement, or resource use that harms other customers. See the published Acceptable Use Policy.
6. Backups and customer responsibility
Unless a plan expressly includes managed backups, you remain responsible for independent, restorable copies of your data. Backups do not guarantee protection against every form of data loss.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund requests are governed by the Refund Policy. Cancelling a future renewal does not itself refund a service that has already started.
8. Availability and liability
We use professional care in delivering services, subject to maintenance, events beyond our control, and third-party providers. Any service credit is governed by the applicable plan and published Service Level Agreement.
9. Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains the data we process, why we process it, and your rights.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms when services or law change. We publish the updated version and date, and provide notice of material changes where required. Contact: support@iptegy.com.
