How to stop renewal, cancel services, and understand data handling

Cancellation Policy

A customer may request that renewal be stopped or a service be cancelled from the customer panel, or through an authenticated ticket where the action is not available in the panel.

1. Stopping renewal

Stopping renewal prevents a new billing cycle when completed before renewal is executed. It does not cancel charges or the current service period that has already started.

2. Third-party provider services

Domains, licences, certificates, and reserved resources may be subject to provider deadlines and rules. Some operations become final once submitted to a provider and cannot be reversed.

3. Data before cancellation

Before ending a data-bearing service, keep an independent restorable backup. Access may end and data may later be deleted according to the service type, provider requirements, and required retention.

4. Outstanding charges

Cancellation does not waive invoices, usage, or provider fees incurred before cancellation. Any separate refund request is governed by the Refund Policy.

5. Confirmation

Keep the ticket number or cancellation confirmation shown in your account. If records conflict, system, provider, and invoice records are used to determine what was actually executed.
