Acceptable Use Policy

IPTEGY services must be used lawfully and safely and in a manner that does not harm the platform, providers, customers, or third parties.

1. Prohibited uses

• Fraud, phishing, impersonation, or unauthorized collection of data.
• Distributing or operating malware or tools intended for unauthorized access.
• Spam or bulk messaging that violates law or an email provider's policy.
• Infringement of intellectual-property, privacy, or other legal rights.
• Attacks, unauthorized scanning, or activity intended to disrupt systems or deliberately exhaust resources.
• Any content or activity that is unlawful under applicable law.

2. Resources and excessive use

Plan limits must be respected and resources must not be used in a way that materially affects other customers or platform stability. We may ask for usage to be reduced or for the service to move to an appropriate plan.

3. Response to violations

Depending on severity and risk, we may request remediation, restrict part of a service, temporarily suspend it, or terminate it for serious or repeated violations. Immediate action may be required to protect systems or meet a legal obligation.

4. Reporting abuse

Abuse connected with IPTEGY services may be reported to abuse@iptegy.com with information that helps us verify the report.
